Here is the quick/easy abdominal workout that was mentioned in my workout plan. I usually repeat 3 times, but today I only completed one rep due to short on time. To increase the difficulty I added a 10 pound medicine ball to the oblique twists. Also, I switched the v-up crunches to leg raises.
